32 Winds 2007 Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast)

Dry and elegant, with a scour of tannins, this Pinot Noir wants a rich steak or chop to balance out its astringency and acids. At nearly four years of age, it's still fresh, with a central core of cherries, raspberries and orange zest. Purists will like the lightish color and modest alcohol.
