Briny stone fruit and apple aromas set up a chunky palate, with bland, waxy, bitter-leaning flavors of peach pit and green melon. This is short on the finish and it lacks the wine's usual higher gears. This vintage was a rough, rainy one in Valdeorras, and it shows in this Godello.
