Crisp and lacy, this is a fine successor to the 2006 Riesling from A to Z. Once again, it sets up the palate for spicy fare with bracing acids and scents of citrus skins. Flavors emphasize citrus rind and spice, fill in the middle with jicama and spicy pear, then finish with a lick of minerality.
