Big, bold and outright luscious, this estate-grown Dolcetto mixes bright flavors of berries and plums with a dusting of cocoa powder and cinnamon spice. A flavor of baking spice wafts through, despite the fact that the wine was kept in neutral cooperage. The finish is long and just a little on the chalky side.
