This blend of Cabernet, Malbec and Merlot is round and intense, with aromatic notes of iodine, rubber and smoked meat. At first taste, the palate is like a confection—something similar to cherry lollipops. And the finish is acidic and sharp. With time it settles down, indicating that it could improve with age. But now it's clumsy and aggressive. —M.S.
