Achaval-Ferrer 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (Mendoza)

Dense, herbal berry aromas are borderline stewy. On the palate, this is wide and demanding, with meaty black-fruit flavors touched up by minty herbal notes. A long finish is mildly stewy and tastes of brown sugar and blackened oak. Michael Schachner
