This blend of 40% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot and 10% Merlot brings dill, leafy herb, cherry and spice aromas. The flavors are tart, with pleasingly bright acidity. Cherry and orange zest notes linger on the finish. It's intriguing and very well made but comes off as quite green.
