Adegas D'Altamira 2007 Brandal Albariño (Rías Baixas)

A little weighty, with mild canned-fruit notes to the nose. The mouth is wide and round, with cantaloupe, orange and green melon flavors. Then it turns pithy and peppery on the finish, something Albariño is known for. Good and honest, but just a touch bitter at the end. Michael Schachner
