Adelaida 1997 Zinfandel (Paso Robles)

Dark, young and outsized. Aromas run to espresso, plum and vanilla. Tastes very ripe and fruity, with hefty tannins. Finishes hot. On the rough-and-ready side. Alcohol a steep 15.7%.
