Adelaida 2002 Pavanne Chenin Blanc (Paso Robles)

One of the more serious attempts at Chenin in the state, but you can only push this varietal so far. This is a bone dry wine, with high acidity, sort of like a Sauvignon Blanc, with fruity citrus flavors and a whistle-clean finish.
