The blend is Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Picpoul Blanc, grown at a high altitude on Paso Robles's west side. The wine is dense and concentrated in apricots, oranges and mangoes, balanced with acidity and sweet oak. With a dry finish, it's a complex wine to drink now.
