An interesting, soft and sensual wine, the first blended reserve Pinot from the Adelsheim vineyard. The extra year of bottle age has rounded out the flavors, and it is a round, pleasing wine dominated by sassafras and spice. Delicious and ready to drink, it lacks only sufficient depth to merit a higher score. —P.G.
