Adelsheim 2007 Stoller Vineyards Chardonnay (Dundee Hills)

Editors' Choice

In some bottles, in some vintages, Oregon Chardonnays do become quite Burgundian in style, in all the best ways. This very limited (36 case) offering is one such; it is steely, structured, a bit stiff even, but laced with impressive minerality, and the tightly etched fruit flavors reminiscent of Chablis. Paul Gregutt
