Adrian Fog 2007 Savoy Vineyard Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley)

High acidity gives this wine a serious bite of tartness. It's unbalanced. The cherry and cola flavors also veer into overripe raisins, giving the wine a grapeskin bitterness.
