Agua Dulce 2013 Reserve Port (California)

Intense aromas of prune, Bourbon and black-pepper spice are rich yet retain a touch of freshness on the nose of this bottling. There's a pleasant viscosity to the sip, which is cut by some firmer tannins, delivering flavors ranging from Concord grape on the tip to vanilla cake on the finish. Matt Kettmann
