Agustinos 2008 Reserva Privada Cabernet Sauvignon-Carmenère (Rapel Valley)

Cola, rubber, cool blackberry and spice make for a good set of aromas, while the palate is tight and drawing, with tannic bite to go with bawdy black fruit flavors that veer toward roasted. Finishes with length along with coffee and olive flavors. A little astringent but good wine. Michael Schachner
