Aigner 2016 Ried Obere Sandgrube Privat Reserve Grüner Veltliner (Kremstal)

An earthy element hugs the ripe yellow pear notes on the nose of this wine. It appears again on the concentrated palate, where it's characterized by pithy citrus and miso-like creaminess. The finish has a spike of bright lemon freshness, which gives direction to the lovely, concentrated palate. Anne Krebiehl MW
