This fruited wheat beer pours a hazy reddish-brown color with an off-white head that shows good retention and leaves nice lacing behind. The bouquet offers enticing scents of raspberry jam, fresh wheat, soft biscuit malt and subtle, yeasty, spice accents. Delicate tartness, along with a faint suggestion of earthy hops, adds depth. The palate is lively and well carbonated, with an assertive raspberry-juice flavor followed by a crisp, clean finish.
