Pristine aromas of white melon, green plum, apple blossom and lemon leaf open the nose of this gorgeous white, with touches of fresh fynbos and almond skin for added depth. The palate offers a pithy, lightly astringent texture that supports the soft fruit flavors. This is more about structure, balance and feel than overt fruit tones, with the overall harmony and complexity to continue to evolve well through 2030. The palate is very well balanced with fine acidity, more a textural delight than overt flavors with sublime orange pith, walnut and saline notes on the ethereal finish.
