Justina is the top wine for this estate, a mellifluous melding of berries and cherries, with a hint of peach. The acids are ample but never intrusive, and bring a rather delicate flavor of lemon oil. Exemplary in every way, this is drinking beautifully but may be cellared for up to a decade.
