The fruit for this wine comes from the Clos Chevalle Vineyards, which rises to an elevation of 1,600 feet on the south shore of Lake Chelan. This full-bodied, full-throttled Chardonnay first hits the nose with sweet aromas of baked pears, graham cracker dust and shredded coconut. The palate is creamy and features flavors like vanilla, Meyer lemon, candied ginger and rolled oats. It's big and rich, just like a country and western duo. Michael Alberty
