Part stainless-steel fermented, part neutral French oak-fermented, this light, refreshingly upfront wine offers bristling acidity around shocks of grapefruit, lemon and lime, settling into itself as it goes. The oak is well integrated and nicely subtle, allowing the fruit and minerality to speak.
