Amador Foothill Winery's most consistently delicious wine. Made from Sangiovese, it smells sweetly floral and minty and is very inviting, structured with a sly touch of spice on the finish. Very good on its own, it'll also pair very well with shellfish or cheese, and is the perfect companion to a picnic.
