Amayna 2016 Sauvignon Blanc (Leyda Valley)

Grassy aromas are mildly citric and show cool, underripe notes of canned peas and beans. A citric bolt adds life to an otherwise fleshy palate, while this tastes of green grape skins, lime and asparagus prior to a slightly bitter finish. Michael Schachner
