Amity made a vociferous switch a few years back, pulling all its Chardonnay and planting Pinot Blanc in its wake. Looks like a good call, with consistently fine wines such as this new release the result. It's dry and tastes of ripe, just-sliced pears, with plenty of weight and a long, strong finish.
