Anapamu 2000 Syrah (Paso Robles)

A Gallo label, and a fine wine. Shows its warm origins in easily ripened fruit, big and rich in plums and blackberries, with soft tannins and acids. Yet it's not a simple wine. It has depth and complexity, although a taste of raisins in the finish is bothersome.
