Hailing from Underwood Mountain, this is cool climate Riesling made in a warm vintage with notes of lime, guava and mineral. It has a healthy amount of residual sugar (37 g/L) but the acid (8.4g/L) creates a pleasing sense of tension and makes it seemingly drier.
