This young winery's second vintage of Chardonnay is much riper than the 2011 and is fatter, fuller and rounder across the palate. It brings comparable roasted walnut notes, along with lightly cooked apple and pear, and hints of grilled peach and apricot. Though less precise than the lighter vintage, the ripe fruits are well balanced.
