Ancien 2017 Haynes Old Block Pinot Noir (Coombsville)

Inviting aromatics of blood orange, pomegranate and wild strawberry give in to a luxurious midpalate of supple tannin and well-integrated oak in this lovely, well-made wine from the cool site. Medium bodied, it adds layers of savory contrast as it opens, from forest to black tea to cardamom. Virginie Boone
