Andes Grapes 2002 Maia Merlot (Mendoza)

Prune and raisin aromas mix with leather to create a stewy, overripe whole. Despite the hefty aromas, there's not much stuffing to this wine. It goes down trim, with little flesh or excitement. Michael Schachner
