Angeline 2008 Reserve Pinot Noir (Sonoma County-Monterey County-Santa Barbara County)

A good, everyday Pinot Noir. It's somewhat rugged, with jagged tannins, and the flavors are direct and simple, suggesting cherry jam and buttered cinnamon toast. But the silky texture is pure Pinot Noir.
