From a single McLaren Vale vineyard, this is fermented in old-fashioned open-top cement vats, then aged 18 months in American oak. It's a spicy Shiraz, filled with clove, star anise and meaty notes, but backed by plum and cassis flavors that roll out luxuriously across the palate.
