Hard, rubbery aromas lead to a rubbery feeling, tannic palate. The blend is almost all Callet, a local variety on the island of Mallorca, and the flavors are earthy, minerally and herbal, with oak sitting on top of everything. A chewy, deep finish with licorice and herbal notes is lasting and encouraging.
