Anne Amie 2017 Anne Amie Estate Pinot Noir (Yamhill-Carlton)

Lovely aromatics highlight this wine, with nuanced notes of cherry, clove, cola and baking spices. Those flavors are threaded through the palate, adding black fruits, hints of fungus and forest floor. The finishing tannins have a slightly bitter edge, so decanting is recommended. Paul Gregutt
