Annvers 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon (Langhorne Creek)

A very good wine, but not an opulent, fleshy wine. It's medium-weight, with plum skin and tea accents on the palate, and a nose that takes a little while to open. There's a fair amount of oak here as well—if that bothers you, look elsewhere.
