Ansgar Clüsserath 2010 Steinreich Trocken Riesling (Mosel)

Perhaps because of its slow, natural fermentation in large casks and the resulting lees contact, this wine shows a bit of toasty, mealy character and a slightly creamy texture. It's a weighty Riesling (for the Mosel, anyway), with ripe notes of peach complementing citrus fruit and a dry, stony finish. Joe Czerwinski
