Herbal, almost herbaceous aromas of foxy berry fruits and wet dog get this Cab Franc off to a shaky start. A chunky, blocky, tannic mouthfeel and leafy herbal flavors of plum and berry fruits finish with little change. Without doubt this tastes and smells like the grape variety.
