Dark-fruit aromas are fairly oaky, and thus there's a hint of cinnamon to the nose. Fresh, angular and raw on the palate, this tastes of herbal plum and spice, with a touch of green olive. On the back side, olive and mint flavors accent plum and berry leftovers.
