Aresti 2018 Trisquel Gran Reserva Carmenère (Curicó Valley)

Earthy berry aromas are minty and rubbery like a rubber band. A medium-bodied palate is a touch choppy, while spicy plum and berry flavors are saucy in a way that's normal for the variety. A short finish with touches of tomato and fennel closes this out. Michael Schachner
