Argyle 1996 Brut (Willamette Valley)

For those who like a very dry wine with lots of yeasty, baked-bread aromas, this one's for you. In addition to those aromas are notes of lime and raspberry, although they're understated. The flavors are modulated, too, just suggesting strawberries, but the emphasis here is on texture and acidity.
