This is three-quarters Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. It's a thoroughly captivating rosé, with Champagne-like finesse. Concentrated flavors deftly mingle cherry, green citrus and herb, with a lovely mineral base.
