Essentially two-thirds Pinot Noir (65%), the blend also includes 15% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. It's a light-salmon-pink, and the flavors bring a touch of rosewater along with diluted cherry. The acids suggest lemon and lime, flesh and rind, with a finishing lick of grapefruit.
