The blend in 2016 is quite different from the previous vintage, reversing the roles of the Pinot Noir (35%) and Chardonnay (55%), with a splash of Pinot Meunier as before. It's young and fresh, with crisp apple fruit flavors in a compact, well-defined frame. There is clearly some aging potential, though where the flavors will go from here is anyone's guess.
