Argyle 2018 Reserve Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

This is a four-vineyard blend, scented and framed with toasty oak. The midpalate fruit blends blackberry, blueberry and plum, with a dash of chocolate. The tannins have an appealing ruggedness, and add a green tea note to the finish. The wine was aged 16 months in 30% new French oak. Paul Gregutt
