Armanino Family Cellars 2011 The Whitewing Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley)

Lots of ripe, spicy complexity in this fine example of a Russian River Pinot Noir. It's dry and crisp in acidity, with pomegranate, cola, black cherry, mushroom and sandalwood flavors that are deep and long in the finish. Shows real class, and should develop in the bottle for 5–6 years.
