Merlot makes up half of this wine, and Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot make up the balance. The aromas are unique, with high-toned black tea, green herb and vanilla notes that aren't entirely settled. The palate brings blackberry and plum flavors that are a bit disjointed. It drops off on the finish.
