Artesa 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon (Alexander Valley)

Marked by those soft Alexander Valley tannins that are so much gentler than Napa's, this Cab is a regional classic. It's a little tight now, but deliciously forward in cherry and cassis fruit, with overt oak influences. Good now with beef.
