Artesa 2004 Estate Pinot Noir (Carneros)

Kind of full-bodied and heavy for a Pinot, with flavors of baked cherry pie, rum-soaked currants and French roast coffee. The tannins are fairly forward and stiff too. This is a young wine, and it may throw a little sediment and lighten up with a year or so in the bottle.
