Atlas Peak 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon (Mount Veeder)

Cellar Selection

A big, firm, tannic wine, dry and full-bodied, and packed with ripe, sweet fruit. Shows the purest expression of black currants, cassis, blackberries, blueberries, chocolate and sweet, smoky sandalwood. Very classic and elegant, with great power and authority. But this voluptuous wine needs time. Drink 2012–2016. Just 536 cases were produced.
