It opens with hallmark Nebbiolo scents of freshly picked roses, crushed violets, leather, berry, alpine herbs and forest floor. The delicious palate delivers a core of succulent black cherry accented with notes of cake spices, mint, licorice and grilled herbs. It's young but already balanced with powerful but refined tannins and brisk acidity. Drink 2020–2045.
